National Investment Company of Iran (Public Stock) has been admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange since March 20, 1354. At the beginning of its establishment, the initial capital of the company was 10 billion riyals, which reached 35,000 billion riyals during several stages. National Investment Company of Iran (Public Stock) is known in the capital market of Iran with the symbol “Veniki”. Based on the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 5 December 2019 and other approvals obtained, the company’s new statutes were approved and replaced the previous statutes according to the standards of multidisciplinary holdings, consisting of 66 articles and 24 notes.
